The former president of the Federation Asian of O-Sport (FAOS) thanked the members and member countries for their support holding the previous 6 Asian o-sport championships and developing this field of modern sports in the Asian continent, in addition to welcoming the guests and audience of this meeting from the Secretariat of the World O-Sport Federation (WOF), also thanked the authorities of the O-SPORT Association of Thailand for hosting the General Assembly of the Asian Federation of O-Sport (FAOS) as well as the 28th International Seminar of the Rules and Regulations of the World O-Sport Federation (WOF).

Then, Mr. Santipharp Intaraphartn, the head of the O-Sport Association of Thailand, while welcoming the participants in the general assembly, presented the measures taken to register and launch the O-Sport Association in the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) and the National Olympic Committee of Thailand (NOCT).

1- Hearing and approving the report of the committees:
The report of the Athletes Committee, Women's Committee, Technical and Drug Committee, and
Rules and Regulations Committee was heard as follows:

1-1 Athletes Committee report:
The report of the athletes' committee was presented by Farshad Shajari, the champion of Asia and the world of O-Sports in class A of multi-level sports, and in this report, various topics were discussed in the field of athletes of the Asian Federation. And it was decided that the committee of athletes of the Asian Federation should be upgraded from 9 people to 11 people, of which at least 5 athletes are women. The meeting of the Athletes' Committee is held every year at the same time as the General Assembly of the Asian Federation.

2-1 Women's committee report:
The report of the women's committee was presented by Dr. Arezoo Kalantari, the champion of Asia and the world of O-Sports in class A of multi-level sports, and in this report, various topics were discussed in the field of women of the Asian Federation. And it was decided to upgrade the women's committee of the Asian Federation from 5 to 7 people. The meeting of the women's committee is held every year at the same time as the general assembly of the Asian Federation.

3-1 Report of the refereeing and technical committee:
The report of the refereeing and technical committee was presented by Dr. Mohammad Qasim Manouchehri, the founder and secretary of the World and Asian Federation and the creator of multi-level sports.

4-1 Report of the rules and regulations committee:
The report of the rules and regulations committee was presented by Dr. Mohsen Abbasi, and the latest updates on the rules and regulations were posted on the website of the World Federation.

2- Considering memberships in the Federation Asian of O-Sport (FAOS):
Continuous members, associate members, full members, new applicant/non-official members In the Federation Asian of O-Sport (FAOS) as in the World O-Sport Federation (WOF) there are three types of continuously affiliated and full members. The Asian Federation cannot change, add or remove a member without obtaining permission from the World Federation.
The Federation Asian of O-Sport (FAOS) is an official member of the World O-Sport Federation (WOF), which was established in 2006 under the direct supervision of WOF and has regular activities in the Asian continent, and implements WOF policies. Based on its constitution, every year during the General Assembly, it updates its list of members according to the list of members of the World Federation.
Membership in the Federation Asian of O-Sport (FAOS) is free for its members.
According to the membership request of the following countries in the General Assembly of the Federation Asian of O-Sport (FAOS), the membership of Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Vietnam was approved by the WOF Secretary General on behalf of the Board of the World O-Sport Federation, and the above-mentioned country officially became a member of FAOS. The membership of these three countries will be approved by the World O-Sport Federation Assembly during the 2023 World Assembly.
3- Cooperation with the Olympic Council of Asia and IOC Partners and the Olympic family
It was decided that the Federation Asian of O-Sport (FAOS) in cooperation with the World O-Sport Federation (WOF) will continue to be a member and continue international cooperation with the

following organizations.
- World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA)
- Olympic Council of Asia (OCA)
- Asian Indoor Games and Martial Arts Games 2026
- National Olympic Committees
- Sport Accord Asia Pacific /GAWSF
- International Confederation of Amateur and Working Sports (CSIT)
- International Confederation of World Humanitarian Games
4- FAOS Elections (Board of Directors and Standing Committees):
During the general assembly of the Federation Asian of O-Sport (FAOS), the elections of the board of directors and Standing committees of the Federation Asian of O-Sport (FAOS) were held and the

following results were obtained:
4-1 The Board of the Federation Asian of O-Sport (FAOS):

In addition, it was decided FAOS Board of directors would appoint the chairman/Chairperson of the following Committee during the next FAOS Board of Directors meeting till the approval of the next FAOS General Assembly 2024.

5- FAOS Calendar 2023-2024 :
The participating countries agreed with the plan and proposal of the O-Sport Association of Thailand as a candidate to host the 7th WOF/FAOS Asian O-Sport Championship (women and men, youth, and Seniors) and it was decided that the 7th WOF/FAOS Asian O-Sport Championship will be held in the first week of June 2024 in the city to be held in Bangkok. It was also decided that the FAOS General Assembly 2024 will be held in Bangkok at the same time as 7th WOF/FAOS Asian O-Sport Championship.
Therefore, according to the WOF Executive Bylaw, rules and regulations in the Secretariat of the World O-Sport Federation, the O-Sport Association of Thailand is obliged to obtain the necessary permits to hold the 7th WOF/FAOS Asian O-Sport Championship from the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT) and the National Olympic Committee (NOCT) before the end of November 25,2023.
The O-Sport Association of Thailand should take action and sign a contract with the World O-Sport Federation Secretary General before November 25, 2024, to issue a license for the 7th WOF/FAOS Asian O-Sport Championship. Otherwise, the World O-Sport Federation will be able to grant permission to hold the 7th WOF/FAOS Asian O-Sport Championship as well as General Assembly 2024 to any other country.
It was also decided that the FAOS Secretary General travel to Iran in December 2023 to review the status of the OSAIRI and review the process of the 2022-Sanandaj Asian Championships case and closely meet with the officials of the Ministry of Sports of I.R. Iran in this regard before any Actions in CAS will be discussed and the result will be referred to the FAOS board of directors.
