OCA Survey O-Sport files

After visiting Maj Gen Charouck Arrirachakaran ,Vice-president of Olympic Council of Asia OCA and NOC Thailand Secretary General at His office in Bangkok of Thailand on January 2009, O-Sport leaders visited to another OCA Vice-president Mr Habib Abdul Nabi Yousuf Macki who is member of 2nd Asian Beach games organizing committee at NOC Oman headquarter on 17th August 2009 and reported activities from 2006 and development of Federation Asian of Obstacle Sports (FAOS) the recognized Asian body of WOF, and finally, FAOS file was presented to Mr. Heidar Farman, Manager of Asian Games Department to consideration in Kuwait on the 4 August 2010 and finally Obstacle Sports (O-Sport) file forwarded to OCA Sport Committee, formally.

although, the membership new sports in the Olympic Council of Asia has serious survey stages and at least 25 Asian NOC shall be recognized that sport filed, or the world governing body must be SportAccord member formally, but FAOS spare it’s effort for membership itself at (or try it best to become a member of) OCA.
